Lecturer

Barbara Nowak, Institute of Aquaculture, University of Tasmania

Professor Barbara Nowak has been conducting research in various fields of fish pathology during the latest decades. One of her main topics is fish histopathology. In this workshop, technical issues and interpretations of results will be presented with special emphasis on amoebic gill disease in salmonids.

WS 2 - Adaptive and innate immunity in fish - lessons from phylogenetic studies
